EM12c/13c: Performance Metrics For the Oracle Exadata Storage Server Shows No Data Available (Doc ID 2198450.1)

Symptoms

Cloud Control 12c or 13c does NOT show the data for the Storage Cell Performance Graphs.  (Although these examples are showing 13c Cloud Control, this can also occur with 12c Cloud Control.)



All the agent side metrics shows the same message "No Data Available" And Last upload shows "N/A"

All dependent metrics on the Performance Shows No data as well.
