Symptoms

After converting your environments from file-based SSO security using cwallet.sso to a Database Security Store, and renaming the Domain_Home/config/fmwconfig/cwallet.sso file to some other name.

You are are no longer able to connect to Fusion Middleware Enterprise Manager Console:
http://<hostname>:7001/em

User gets the following error:
