Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 12.1.0.5 Cloud Control OMS with 12.1.0.8.160731 Database Plugin.
Accessing the Top Activity page from EM 12c Cloud Control takes around 2 minutes to display.

Most of the time is taken generating the section for sql_id and top sessions.
