Symptoms

Creation of a database from Enterprise Manager (EM) 12.1.0.5 Cloud Control using database provisioning fails with the following error at Step: Update Oracle Home Inventory

Sorry, user oracle is not allowed to execute '<Agent Base>/sbin/nmosudo DEFAULT_PLUGIN DEFAULT_FUNCTIONALITY DEFAULT_SUBACTION DEFAULT_ACTION <Agent Base>/core/12.1.0.5.0/perl/bin/perl -I <Agent Base>/core/12.1.0.5.0/perl/lib' as root on <servername>
