Exadata: Unable to Auto-Discover the Databases in Cloud Control (Doc ID 2205327.1)

Enterprise Manager for Exadata - Version 12.1.0.1.0 to 13.2.1.0.0 [Release 12.1 to 13c]

Symptoms

Exadata Racks are discovered in Cloud Control successfully, however the databases running on Exadata are not auto-discovered.

The auto discovery configuration seems to be setup properly with daily collection scheduled.

Manually discovery of the databases is successful.
