Symptoms
Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control monitoring Target Database (physical standby). Redo Apply Rate (KB/sec) metric is incorrect/very High for some databases in the EM 12c database All Metrics page. The value is in the range of billions of KB/s (i.e. TB/s).
