Symptoms
Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Cloud Control shows the following exception on access to the Tablespaces link from the Container Database (CDB) target page.
CDB Menu > Administration > Storage > Tablespaces
Error: java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column index.
