In EM 13c, Test Connection of ExaCLI credential to monitor CELL throws error "Invalid Username:Username or password cannot be null" even for valid credentials.

Changes

ExaCLI runs CellCLI commands on remote cell machines, and users must be authenticated before the CellCLI commands can be executed on the cell. The presence of a valid cookie allows the ExaCLI user to execute commands without requiring to login for each session. A cookie is a token that contains the login credentials issued by the cell and are stored on the host machine running ExaCLI.
