How to obtain the "Collection Schedule" details as seen in the "Metric and Collection Settings" page of a target from the EM repository tables?

The management views related documentation Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Documentation, 12c Release 5 / Extensibility, Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Management Repository Views Reference, Chapter 14 - Monitoring Views

lists MGMT$TARGET_METRIC_COLLECTIONS view which can provide the details in the COLLECTION_FREQUENCY column.
For example, verifying the details for an agent target shows the below:

The COLLECTION_FREQUENCY column does not provide the values all the metric collections.
