Symptoms

The following error is observed while provisioning a RAC database from Enterprise Manager (EM) 12.1.0.5 Cloud Control:

Receiving the following error when provisioning a RAC cluster via EM12c:
Job Steps Log for Job :Initialize Deployment Procedure
Setting ASM_DISK_LISTS = /dev/asmdisks/ASM_1,/dev/asmdisks/ASM_2,/dev/asmdisks/ASM_3,/dev/asmdisks/ASM_4:/dev/asmdisks/ASM1_1,/dev/asmdisks/ASM1_2,/dev/asmdisks/ASM1_3,/dev/asmdisks/ASM1_4
