Symptoms

In Cloud Control 12c Discovery of the new DBM or an existing machine is failing with this error.

Error: Oracle Virtual Infrastructure Plug-in is not deployed on the Management Server . Deploy the plugin and try again.

Em detects the Database Machine as Virtualized where its NOT Virtualized Machine.

If we run the following command it shows YES
