Enterprise Manager (EM) 18.104.22.168.0 Cloud Control
The Refresh from My Oracle Support job fails to download to EM 13.1 Cloud Control with the following error:
1) From .../gc_inst/em/EMGC_OMS1/sysman/log/emoms.trc:
oracle.sysman.emInternalSDK.core.patch.exception.PatchDownloadException: 0:Connection refused
2) A wget command output from the EM 13.1 OMS host is showing that a redirection is occurring to a URL using the http protocol:
