Automatic Dynamic Threshold Service KPI's are not working properly. The expected behavior is that after the first day, the KPI has learned a target threshold range.
When the calculation time is greater than one minute, the targets for these service KPI's are never actually coming up with an automatic range,
The actual behavior is that the minimum is just below the reported value and/or the maximum is just above the reported value; so that the KPI will never alert.
