Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to log in to any of the Oracle Application Testing Suite OATS web tools -- Oracle Test Manager (OTM), Oracle Load Tester (OLT), or the OATS Admin -- in an Internet Explorer browser, all that is displayed is a purple screen and none of the tools can be accessed.
