Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control Repository Database alert log the following errors are reported very frequently:
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "SYSMAN"."REPO_METRIC_COLLECTION_MGR"
ORA-20233: Invalid worker
