Symptoms
Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control system
Registering the 3.3.4.1093 Oracle Virtual Machine (OVM) Manager in EM 13.2 Cloud Control.
The first OVM Manager registers successfully.
The second one fails immediately with the following error in the job log:
