Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2.1.0.0 Cloud Control
Targets: Database, Listener, ASM, Grid Infrastructure (HA)

On the Database targets list page, the version for some Cluster Database targets is displayed as 11.2.0.3, although they have been upgraded to 11.2.0.4.

1. Navigate: Targets > Databases

2. The Target Version column shows that the version is 11.2.0.3:
