EM 13c : Performance Tab Options are Greyed Out for Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control Administrator with View Database Performance Privilege on a Group Target (Doc ID 2240381.1)

Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control on RHEL 6 x86_64

Database Performance page tab options are greyed out for a read-only EM 13c Cloud Control administrator.

Navigate: Targets > Databases > [select target database link] > [select Performance drop down menu] > Performance Home


Create a new EM administrator, testuser, and grant it "View Database Performance Privilege Group" for a database target group.

Log in as testuser and access the performance page for a database target (group member) and all tabs are greyed out.
Granting the same privilege for a single database target allows access to these tabs.
