EM13c : Can't filter patches in Patches & Updates page (Doc ID 2242589.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control applying filters in the page "Patches & Updates" the filter isn't applied for "TYPE".

Navigation : Enterprise ---> Provisioning & Patching ---> Patches & Updates ---> Under Patch Recommendations section ---> Click on All Recommendations link.

From the filters listed above the table, select the option "TYPE" & next dropdown select the target type you want to filter.
Click on the Search icon, this does not result the data based on the filter, but just gives the same data as earlier.
