After upgrading EM from 12c to 13.2, Customer is unable to access EM console page though OMS is up.

It gives the following error:

Enterprise Manager Cloud control is not currently available. The EMGC_OMS server where Cloud Control runs, or some other component, might be down. Retry

/gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/ohs1/logs/ohs1.log reports following errors:

[OHS] [ERROR:32] [OHS-9999] [mod_weblogic.c] [client_id: <IP address>] [host_id: <host name>] [host_addr: <IP address>] [tid: 140043732072192] [user: <username>] [ecid: 0000LfF0pFsFO9tLse9DiX1Om7Df000005] [rid: 0:1277] [VirtualHost: <virtual host name>.<domain>:0] weblogic: CONFIG_ERROR [line 2158 of ApacheProxy.cpp]: Port number specified in WebLogicPort parameter specified in httpd.conf is not an integer less than 65535\n
