Symptoms

Adding ASM Clusters to Enterprise Manager (EM)13c Cloud Control discovered target list fails with:

"java.lang.Exception: +ASM_<Cluster_Name> : Target +ASM_<Cluster_Name>:osm_cluster is
already monitored using +ASM_<Cluster_Name_A>:osm_cluster"
or
Error: Target "+ASM_<Cluster_Name_A>:osm_cluster" already exists in repository
