EM13c : False Alerts for PDB Targets (Doc ID 2250945.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control receiving the Pluggable DB unknown state messages. In EM Console it is shown up & running.

Following error messages shown:

Message=The pluggable database is in UNKNOWN state. Severity=Critical Event reported time=13/12/2016 10:38:22 PM AWST
Message=The pluggable database <Pluggable_Database> is down.
Severity=Fatal Event reported time=13/12/2016 10:38:22 PM AWST
Message=The pluggable database is in UNKNOWN state. Severity=Critical Event reported time=13/12/2016 10:38:22 PM AWST
Message=The pluggable database <Pluggable_Database> is down.
Severity=Fatal Event reported time=13/12/2016 10:38:22 PM AWST

 Error stack observed from <AGENT_INST>/sysman/log/gcagent.log file:
