Real Time Monitoring from EM Console.
The Event Reported time is shown in as CST, but the actual time reported there is GMT.
The following query output confirms the actual value:
select * from SYSMAN.MGMT$CCC_ALL_OBSERVATIONS order by action_time desc
The Action_Time column confirms the GMT time. But in console the same time was shown but appended with CST.
