EM 13c: Metric Add Corrective Actions Buttons are Grayed Out in Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control (Doc ID 2279018.1)

Symptoms

Add a corrective action to a database metric by navigating as following in Enterprise Manager 13.2.0.0.0 Cloud Control:

Targets > Database > Oracle Database > Monitoring > Metric and Collection Settings > Archive Area > Archive Area Used (%) > Edit Advanced Settings: Archive Area Used (%) > Monitored Objects (bottom of the page) > Edit

 

But, the Add buttons for the "Warning" and "Critical" Corrective Actions are disabled:
