After the upgrade of the host operating system to RHEL 7, an emctl command from the Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Agent or OMS Oracle Home fail fails with following error:
$ ./emctl start agent
command "/u00/app/agent/13c/agent_inst/bin/emctl start agent" failed [exit code: 126] "/u00/app/agent/13c/agent_22.214.171.124.0/bin/emctl: line 287: /bin/uname: Argument list too long
/u00/app/agent/13c/agent_126.96.36.199.0/bin/emctl: line 288: /bin/uname: Argument list too long

$ ./emctl start oms
