Navigate:
Enterprise > Monitoring > Incident Manager > [select incident from incident list (above)] > [select Events tab in Incident details summary (below)] > [select event link from incident detail]
The following message is found in an Incident Manager Incident report for the event underlying this incident:
Message: Due to 5 hung threads, the target is having all collections disabled.
