EM: How to Validate the SNMP Setup on Exadata Database or Storage Server (Doc ID 2287012.1)

Goal

Enterprise Manager (EM) can receive the SNMP trap from both the Database and Storage server.  After the configuration, the SNMP setup can be validated via the commands:

DB Server:dbmcli -e "alter dbserver validate snmp"
Storage Server：cellcli -e "alter cell validate snmp"
