Information in this document applies to any platform.
Incidents have not cleared in Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Cloud Control and you would like to know to delete/purge them.
There are clear events created after the incident was opened so the incident should have closed but for some reason the event was not processed properly.
This may be related to agent unreachable issues in the past.
Looking at the incident online gives the error
"You are unable to see some of the events in this incident. You may not have the privileges to view these events or they have been cleared and have since been purged. You should contact a super-administrator to get the appropriate privileges, if appropriate. You are seeing this incident as it is currently assigned to you, but the details of this incident cannot be shown because you do not have the view privilege to see the associated events. You should contact an Enterprise Manager Super Administrator to obtain the required privileges. "
To confirm this, use the following query to find incidents with newer clear events
and so on.
