EM 12c, 13c : Collection Schedule is not listed for 'Metrics and Collection Settings' page for PDB Target (Doc ID 2295265.1)

For any PDB target, the collection schedule column does not display any details in the 'Metrics and Collections Settings' page of the PDB target:

When attempting to create a monitoring template for PDB target, also, it does not show an option to configure the "Collection schedule".
