Goal

You have a need to set the Enterprise Manager's (EM) OMS Property: oracle.sysman.eml.maxInactiveTime for only one user using the 'emctl set property -name oracle.sysman.eml.maxInactiveTime [-value] [-sysman_pwd]' command; However, this Property is Global and cannot be set for individual EM users.
