EM 12.1.0.5 Database Target's USED_GB Metric Value become Zero After Applying Jan Bundle Patches (Doc ID 2295566.1)

Symptoms

12.1.0.5 EM

After applying Jan 2017 bundle patches on EM components, USED_GB metric value become zero for all the database targets in repository.
