Is it possible to Save/Export Enterprise Manager Users, Named Credentials, Settings, Etc., For Future Import (Doc ID 2297187.1)

Goal

You have some environments that you frequently removing and rebuilding. The environment consists of multiple servers including OEM Cloud Control 13c. You wish to export the schemas for the EM Repository for later use, i.e., to import into another EM Repository on the rebuilt system.  Can this be accomplished?  Is there a mechanism for exporting these types of settings from the console to load again or to another OMS? Is there an Enterprise Manager Command-Line Interface (EMCLI) verb for that?
