EM 13c: Database Services Metric not Available in All Metrics for Container Database Target in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (Doc ID 2297826.1)

Symptoms

Create a database service for a Container Database (CDB) that is monitored by Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control.

Navigate to the target CDB home page: Targets > Databases > [select CDB target link] > [expand Oracle Database drop down menu] > Monitoring > All Metrics  > [the "Database Services" metric is not available (displayed)]

The Database Services metric, however, is available (displayed) for the respective Pluggable Database (PDB) targets in the Container Database (CDB).
