Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2.0.0.0 Cloud Control
High Availability Service target upgrade (database upgrade from version 12.1 to 12.2)


Upgrading High Availability Service in EM 13.2.0.0.0 Cloud Control fails at the Setup Clusterware Stage Area step in the Upgrade Oracle Database deployment procedure with message:

Failed: Setup Clusterware Stage Area

 

The Job Step log shows the following errors:

Step: Perform file transfer (Failed)
