Goal

Question 1. How to run the 'emctl exportconfig oms -sysman_pwd <password>' command if the SYSMAN password contains a special character?

The command: 

However, if we you run the command without the password specified and type it in interactively, it works.

Question 2. Can you script this command, but don't want to have the SYSMAN password in clear text in a file.  What alternatives are there for passing in the password, i.e., is there an equivalent to a SQL wallet or an encrypted file much like the EM patching -propertyfile <filename> parameter where the <filename> contains an encrypted value for the password?
