EM13c(13.2):Host Metric ECM_HW Not Collecting SERIAL NO of Target Host (Doc ID 2305882.1)

EM 13c(13.2) Cloud Control integration with ASR being performed.
After successful integration it was realized that the EM ASR Report is missing SERIAL NO of many target Hosts.

While reviewing the Host target metrics information in EM console, it doesn't have info for serial no.
Navigation path: 

EM Console(SYSMAN) >> (click on Target Host) >> From the drop down select 'Configuration' >> Latest >> Under Latest Configuration select 'Hardware' >> Right side 'Configuration Properties' table has BLANK
value against 'System Serial Number'

The machine has a serial no as seen with below output:
