Symptoms

EM 13c(13.2)

REFRESH_FROM_MY_ORACLE_SUPPORT_JOB Job Fails with bellow error as seen in the jobs page:

- Error de343bd4-2de0-4690-956f-1ed2baaaa546: Encountered an unexpected IO exception.
Cause: XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.

 

OMS log(emoms.trc) reports below error:
