REFRESH_FROM_MY_ORACLE_SUPPORT_JOB Job Fails with bellow error as seen in the jobs page:

[RFMPlugIn_Cert] Certification Data Load Details
[RFMPlugIn_Cert] Loading from.../Orion/Services/components?ctype=product,release,platform,platform_version,wildcard-release,config-group,release-component,code_list
[RFMPlugIn_Cert] Data upload complete.
[RFMPlugIn_Cert] Load Time : [1m45s]

[RFMPlugIn_Cert] Loading from.../Orion/Services/components?ctype=certification
[RFMPlugIn_Cert] Exception caught in loadData(): XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.
[RFMPlugIn_Cert] Rolling back...
[MOS_RFMPlugIn] Exception caught in loadData():
[MOS_RFMPlugIn] Rolling back...

- Error de343bd4-2de0-4690-956f-1ed2baaaa546: Encountered an unexpected IO exception.
Cause: XML document structures must start and end within the same entity.


OMS log(emoms.trc) reports below error:
