Goal

 To know the procedure to configure the High-Availability Enterprise Manager when using the F5 BIG-IP Software Load Balancer (SLB). 

If these procedures are not followed exactly, you will notice problems with BI Publisher (BIP) Reporting tool that ships with Enterprise Manager (EM).  This can range from not being able to navigate pages to redirection back to the login page.
