When an Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control administrator submits a Deployment Procedure (DP), only that user can see the progress of the activity under the "Procedure Activity" tab.
That user would like other users to see all (or each others') DP activities.

What is the privilege required for users to be able to do this?

This can be done at the Procedure Activity level.
By assigning view permissions to a user, on any given Procedure Activity, that user can view past Procedure Activities, so in case "User A" is on vacation and "User B" needs to view the Procedure Activity that "User A" ran last week, for instance.

"User A" and "User B" have the same roles and both have permissions to access and run DP "Custom Create Database".
The issue is when "User A" runs the "Custom Create Database" DP, "User B" can't view the Procedure Activity unless he is granted specific view permissions from "User A".

The goal is to grant view access to the "Custom Create Database" DP so a user with that grant can view any Procedure Activity log generated from it's run.
