EM 13c: 12.1.0.2 DB Home Page Does not Show DB PSU Level (Doc ID 2311342.1)

In EM 13.2, navigating to the home page of 12c DB does not show the DB PSU level, i.e. it will be showing 12.1.0.2.0 instead of 12.1.0.2.1
