Selecting the "Delete" option for a custom parser in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control fails with a blank pop up window:

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Navigate: Enterprise > Configuration > Configuration Extensions > Actions > Manage Parsers

Select the Custom Parser and Click Delete to see a blank pop up window with two buttons (as above).

Selecting the pop-up button gives this error:
