Symptoms

When upload a snapshot to the repository and error occurs.

Error while inserting to jam_jfrreports java.sql.SQLException: Could not commit with auto-commit set on at oracle.jdbc.driver.PhysicalConnection.commit(PhysicalConnection.java:2356) at oracle.jdbc.driver.PhysicalConnection.commit(PhysicalConnection.java:2403) at oracle.sysman.e2e.jfr.Latency.insertReport(Latency.java:382) at oracle.sysman.e2e.jfr.Latency.loadDB(Latency.java:404) at oracle.sysman.e2e.jfr.Latency.main(Latency.java:157)
