Symptoms

A monitored database target in EM Cloud Control (EM 12.1.0.5, EM 13c) incorrectly alerts a Tablespace Space Used (%) metric threshold trigger.

For example, Tablespace Space Used (%) metric history shows:

2017/08/11 10:21:46 Tablespace [XXX] is 0.02 percent] full
2017/08/11 10:36:46 Tablespace [XXX] is [97.17 percent] full
2017/08/11 10:51:46 Tablespace [XXX] is 0.02 percent] full

The 'Tablespace space used%' metric is configured to execute the below query at the target database to compute the usage:
