Goal

Default OHS parameter values may not be able to handle heavy load in Large EM environments where OMS is monitoring thousands of targets.

OHS may observe hangs at times or crashes due to load and in some of the cases, ohs*.log reports following errors:

[OHS] [ERROR:32] [OHS-9999] [core.c] [host_id: <HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN_NAME>] [host_addr: <IP>] [pid: pid] [tid: tid] [user: <USER>] [VirtualHost: main] server is within MinSpareThreads of MaxClients, consider raising the MaxClients setting

[OHS] [ERROR:32] [OHS-9999] [core.c] [host_id: <HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN_NAME>] [host_addr: <IP>] [pid: [pid] [tid: tid] [user: <USER>] [VirtualHost: main] server reached MaxClients setting, consider raising the MaxClients setting
