Symptoms

Intermittently the JVMD charts show gaps with no data. The monitored JVM was running and functional during the time the gaps appear.

The gaps become more frequent as load increases on the monitored JVM.

The JVMD log file,jvmdengine.log, may show an error similar to this,

<Jul-20-2017 10:49:04.299> <WARN> <JVMD|tid-472|remote.WriteMonitorData> <writeDB(): Other Exception null>
