Symptoms
The following error is shown in the Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.1 Cloud Control OMS <gc_inst>/em/emoms.trc file:
[RJob Step 442165] ERROR aru.UpdateARUTables logp.251 - Error on accessing ARU : Unable to log in to My Oracle Support.
Your My Oracle Support preferred credentials are not set. Set the My Oracle Support preferred credentials using
the My Oracle Support Preferred Credentials page. To access this page,
from the Setup menu, select My Oracle Support, then select Set Credentials.
