Patching Target Database using 13.2 Cloud Control Fails with following error in console:
Check if Dispatcher Location is writable
The dispatcher staging area path: /tmp is writable.
Creating root dispatcher scripts location.
mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/tmp/E89368508BAA6E54ED4BBE5B2F990471’: Permission denied
The root component location: /tmp/E89368508BAA6E54ED4BBE5B2F990471/SESSION-1510869715641/rootScripts/patching cannot be created. Edit the procedure, specify a different directory for the staging area path, save the procedure and use this saved procedure to perform the patching activity.
Deleted temporary destination directory /tmp/JOB_5E21C521D776AD2EE053290CA8C08DCD
