Symptoms
Enterprise Manager (EM) 12.1.0.5 Cloud Control backup job on a target database stops running with job error:
Step aborted after 30 failed attempts to run. Last captured error message was: Error communicating with agent. Please also check incident console for possible job-system related problems
This related error is logged in <agent base>/agent_inst/sysman/log/gcagent.log:
