Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control

This document describes a method for adding the /EMGC_GCDomain/GCDomain/BIP/ESSAPP target (part of the default GCDomain target set) back in EM 13.2 Cloud Control again once it has been deleted by mistake.
