Symptoms

 

 

1. You may notice the following issues with EMGC_GCDomain targets & System Infrastructure Server targets after applying Agent Patch Bundles:

   - The OMS's Middleware Targets show a Down Status after the patch

   - System Infrastructure targets remain in a "Pending State" Status:

.

 

 

2. Incident Manager shows:

.

Changes

You have Applied Patches (Agent Bundles, Plugin Bundles, etc.,) manually or via a Patch Plan.  Alternatively, you may have manually upgraded the version of OPatch to version 13.9.2.1.0 or version 13.9.3.0.0, then patched other components afterward.
